La Junta Pobladora de La Bolsa, Villarrica, a quien se le reconoce y confiere plena personería jurídica en la representación de la población de Villarrica, gestionará ante el Gobierno Nacional, y vigilará la inmediata realización de las obras y la correcta inversión de los auxilios decretados por medio de esta Ley, en asocio de la Contraloría General de la República.
