ARTICULO 26 . PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FALTAS GRAVISIMAS DE ORDEN PUBLICO. Cuando las faltas gravísimas señaladas en los numerales 46, 47, 48 y 49 atenten contra la seguridad interna o externa de los establecimientos carcelarios y en general de la institución, alteren el orden público o pongan en peligro la seguridad y vida de las personas, se investigarán y fallarán acorde con el procedimiento especial que se prevé en el presente estatuto.
