Pago de intereses de mora . Los recursos del Fonpet no podrán destinarse al pago de intereses de mora por concepto de bonos pensionales o cuotas partes de bonos pensionales. Si dichos intereses llegaren a causarse, deberán ser pagados con recursos propios de la entidad territorial. La administradora de pensiones deberá en todo caso certificar que los recursos entregados por este concepto se destinaron exclusivamente en la forma prevista en el presente artículo.
