Cédense al Municipio de Puerto Colombia en propiedad, las obras construídas y por construír, por el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales, para dotar del servicio de agua dicha población.

Esta cesión tendrá efecto inmediatamente después de terminadas dichas obras, las cuales serán entregadas a dicho Municipio para su completa y libre administración con arreglo ai artículo 4° de la citada Ley.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno al dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley dictará las medidas que sean necesarias para garantizar lo que dispone el artículo 4° de la Ley 164.de 1936.
