Art. 2°. Autorízase al Gobierno para señalar las asignaturas que deban abrirse en el Colegio de San Bartolomé y para contratar su enseñanza, hasta por el término de veinte años, con institutores particulares ó con asociaciones que, por su moralidad y doctrinas, presenten seguridad de que la educación e instrucción se darán de acuerdo con las necesidades del Estado y con la Religión nacional.
