Art. 13. Todas las adjudicaciones de baldíos que estén vigentes, por cualquier título, y cuyos terrenos no hayan sido cultivados, pagarán un impuesto igual al que rige para los predios rústicos, y para su cobro se faculta a los Consejos municipales de los respectivos Distritos en donde se hallen ubicados los baldíos en referencia; esto sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 7° respecto a los terrenos baldíos adjudicados con posterioridad a la Ley 48 de 1882 .
