Las donaciones internacionales con fines humanitarios que salen del territorio nacional y que requieran ser entregadas de manera ágil a los destinatarios podrán ser objeto de exportación y/o reexportación por la modalidad de entrega urgente. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales establecerá el procedimiento para la realización de dicha operación. En este caso, la exportación y/o reexportación no estará sujeta a la autorización y visto bueno por parte del Invima.
