Art. 65. Terminado el examen de los cursantes de una clase, el Consejo Directivo resolverá, en sesión secreta, cuáles de los alumnos aprobados con plenitud merezcan la calificación de sobresalientes, y cuáles la de notables. A los primeros podrá, si para ello hubiere razón, agregárseles la de en grado eminente .
