ARTICULO 37 . Vencida la etapa probatoria, se correrá traslado a las partes en la secretaría, por el término común de tres (3) días hábiles para que presenten sus alegatos de conclusión. Al cabo de éstos el funcionario dispondrá de los cinco (5) días hábiles para proferir la providencia correspondiente.
