La empresa entregará a cada trabajador, el plazo señalado en el artículo 23, un certificado en el cual conste, además del total de las cuota y de su valor individual, la relación de las cuotas que le fueren atribuidas al respectivo trabajador, el valor de dichas cuotas, todo ello de acuerdo con las normas del presente decreto.
