Parágrafo

al artículo 21 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 11

El distribuidor minorista a través de estación de servicio privada, no está obligado a incluir dentro de su objeto social la distribución minorista de combustibles líquidos a través de una estación de servicio. Así mismo, se acepta la licencia de uso industrial del suelo que haya tramitado para el desarrollo de su objeto social".
