El servicio de hospital se dará gratuitamente a los empleados y obreros que hayan enfermado al servicio de las obras públicas nacionales, en las condiciones fijadas por este reglamento. Tienen así mismo, ese derecho los contratistas y sus obreros, a menos que se haya especificado lo contrario. Serán también hospitalizadas las personas extrañas y heridas accidentalmente, como consecuencia de los trabajos, si no se presentan inconvenientes para ello.
