º. DE LOS REQUISITOS PARA LA PRESTACION DE LOS SERVICIOS. Las empresas o autoridades que presten los servicios públicos domiciliarios de acueducto, alcantarillado, energía eléctrica, gas natural domiciliario, recolección, transporte y disposición final de desechos sólidos y teléfonos, no podrán exigir requisitos adicionales al de la prueba de la habitación de personas para la prestación del respectivo servicio. En particular se abstendrán de exigir los documentos que prueben la titularidad del dominio sobre el inmueble.
