En las Juntas Directivas de los institutos nacionales de crédito y de los organismos semioficiales de fomento económico, no podrá haber miembros principales o suplentes ligados entre sí o con el Gerente del respectivo instituto, con vínculos de parentesco dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad.
