Los productos introducidos en zonas de régimen aduanero especial causarán el impuesto al consumo a que se refiere este Capítulo. Dicho impuesto se liquidará ante la autoridad aduanera con jurisdicción en el municipio al que pertenezca la zona y se pagarán a órdenes del Fondo - Cuenta de Impuestos al Consumo de Productos Extranjeros.
