Cualquier ciudadano podar denunciar ante el Superintendente las irregularidades y violaciones legales en que incurran las Sociedades Anónimas y solicitar su disolución o retiro de la bolsa cuando pruebe que han caído en cualquiera de las causales que autorizan tales sanciones.
