Art. 5.° Si al dar la posesión hubiere oposición de parte de alguna entidad ó particular, se suspenderá la diligencia y se le prevendrá al opositor que formalice por escrito la oposición dentro de seis días, con apercibimiento de que, de no verificarlo, se dará por desistida la oposición, y se precederá á dar la posesión ordenada.
