Para efectos de afiliación y demás asuntos inherentes, el personal civil al servicio del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, las Fuerzas Militares, no uniformado de la Policía Nacional, de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar y de Policía, será clasificado por la Junta Directiva de la entidad, teniendo en cuenta las normas contempladas en los estatutos de carrera o aquellas que las sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen.
