°. El artículo 51 del Decreto número 1697 de julio 16 de 1936 quedará así: "Artículo 54. Al clausurarse por cualquier motivo un hotel, pensión o casa de inquilinato, el dueño, administrador o encargado del establecimiento presentará inmediatamente las tarjetas de que se trata, a la autoridad que las examinó, y na controlado, quien las archivará después de anularlas y de declararlas sin valor, por medio de una nota".
