Comité Evaluador del Fonsecón . Créase el Comité Evaluador del Fondo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana, Fonsecón, como cuerpo asesor del Ministerio del Interior para la administración del Fondo, el cual estará conformado por el Ministro del Interior, quien lo presidirá, el Viceministro del Interior, el Secretario General y el Director General de Orden Público y Convivencia Ciudadana. El Jefe de la Oficina Asesora de Planeación ejercerá las funciones de Secretaría Técnica.
