Continuidad de las obligaciones y derechos del Contrato de Concesión de Salinas . El Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI en liquidación, continuará cumpliendo las funciones, facultades, obligaciones y derechos que actualmente ejerce y se derivan del contrato de Administración Delegada celebrado entre el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, y la Nación el 2 de abril de 1970, hasta el 15 de septiembre del año 2005”.
