Art. 3.° Facúltese al Gobierno para que autorice al Municipio de Leiva a fin de que pueda ceder á las reverendas madres de la orden de Santo Domingo, residentes allí mismo, el edificio que fue de la orden de agustinos descalzos, con el objeto exclusivo de que lo apliquen á la enseñanza de la juventud de su sexo.
