Noción. Llámase atribución disciplinaria la facultad que tienen los miembros de la Policía Nacional, que ejercen mando o autoridad, respecto de los subalternos, para conceder estímulos y aplicar correctivos. Las atribuciones disciplinarias no son inherentes al grado sino al cargo que se desempeñe.
