° Las prestaciones sociales del personal docente nacional, causadas hasta el 29 de diciembre de 1989, así como los correspondientes reajustes y la sustitución de pensiones, que ocurrieren en cualquier fecha, son de cargo de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social y del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro. Dichas prestaciones seguirán siendo pagadas por estas entidades o por las que hicieren sus veces.
