La notificación o información de los programas de pregrado y especialización consiste en la presentación, por parte del rector o del representante legal de la institución de educación superior al Ministro de Educación Nacional, por intermedio del ICFES, de la información relacionada con el programa, en el formato que para tal efecto suministra el ICFES.
