º Reclamaciones

Decreto 1505 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamenta el Sistema Salarial de Evaluación por Méritos para Instructores y Supervisores -SSMIS- del SENA, establecido por el Decreto-ley número 187 de 1987.

º RECLAMACIONES. Contra las resoluciones que deciden sobre incorporación de los Instructores y Supervisores a la planta de Personal por efectos de la Evaluación Salarial por Méritos, proceden los recursos de Ley determinados en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.

Parágrafo

El Subdirector Administrativo, los Gerentes Regionales y el Subgerente de Villavicencio, según el caso, resolverán el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra las resoluciones proferidas por estos. El Director General del SENA resolverá el recurso de apelación. CAPITULO III. ANALISIS Y EVALUACION DE LOS FACTORES DEL SISTEMA SALARIAL POR MERITOS.
