Estructura del Nivel Delegado . Para garantizar la prestación del servicio tributario, aduanero y cambiario, en los lugares que por su actividad económica o ubicación estratégica lo amerite, el Director General de la DIAN, mediante resolución, podrá autorizar, previa disponibilidad presupuestal, el funcionamiento permanente o transitorio, de Direcciones Seccionales Delegadas de Impuestos y Aduanas, indicando su jurisdicción y determinando los Grupos Internos de Trabajo que deban integrar la respectiva Dirección Seccional Delegada.
