Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en la modificación del artículo 6o de la Ley 3 de 1991, el Gobierno nacional garantizará condiciones de acceso diferencial al Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda para las víctimas del conflicto armado interno inscritas en el Registro Único de Víctimas (RUV), mediante la priorización en la asignación y la flexibilización de requisitos de acceso. Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo no sustituye los beneficios existentes, sino que establece criterios para garantizar el acceso efectivo al subsidio, conforme a la Ley 1448 de 2011.
