° E n casos especiales, el Director Seccional de Instrucción Criminal podrá autorizar la utilización de transporte expreso y extraordinario. El gasto verificado sin esa previa autorización, correrá de cargo de quien lo hizo, salvo que las autoridades fiscales acepten la respectiva justificación.
