Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos previstos en esta norma el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural, Incoder, continuará siendo un Establecimiento Público del orden nacional que cuenta con personería jurídica, patrimonio autónomo e independencia administrativa, adscrito al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, su domicilio está en la ciudad de Bogotá y contará con el número plural de dependencias que requiera para el cabal ejercicio de sus funciones en el orden territorial, en los términos de la presente ley.
