º . La invalidez de que trata el artículo 11 del Decreto 1282 de 1994, se considerará como incapacidad laboral del 100%. Para los beneficiarios del Régimen de Transición, la pensión de invalidez se regirá por las disposiciones que se venían aplicando con anterioridad a la Ley 100 de 1993.
