Dentro de los perímetros urbanos está prohibido el uso de las señales sonoras de los vehículos, salvo en caso de emergencia, para evitar accidentes. En las zonas rurales solamente se pueden utilizar dichas señales en las curvas de poca visibilidad o para adelantar a otro vehículo.
