ARTICULO 73. Viáticos en comisiones al Exterior. Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa o la Policía Nacional que cumplan comisiones transitorias en el exterior, tendrán derecho al pago de viáticos de conformidad con las disposiciones legales vigentes. El Ministerio de Defensa podrá disponer, además, gastos de representación cuando lo considere necesario.
