º. Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda quedan autorizadas para otorgar préstamos con destino a la construcción de hoteles. En su conjunto estos préstamos no podrán exceder del 5 por ciento del total de la cartera de cada corporación, y se pactarán dentro de las condiciones de plazo y tasa de interés vigentes para préstamos a los constructores en el sistema de valor constante.
