al artículo 443 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019, así: “

Parágrafo 2

Lo señalado en este artículo también es aplicable a las operaciones de tránsito aduanero internacional, incluyendo las operaciones de tránsito aduanero internacional que inicien con la salida de la mercancía desde zona franca hacia el resto del mundo”.
