Art. 6.° El Gobierno tomará todas las precauciones necesarias á efecto de evitar que los contratistas traspasen á un solo individuo ó entidad todas las existencias de sal en un tiempo cualquiera, de suerte que en ningún caso la falta de competencia pueda llegar á producir alza ficticia ó inmoderada en los precios del Artículo.
