El término para decidir sobre las solicitudes será de 60 días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de entrega de la respectiva solicitud. Si agotado el término anterior las Juntas Reguladoras Seccionales de Matrículas y Pensiones no han resuelto las solicitudes formuladas, los establecimientos educativos, podrán aplicar oficiosamente la alternativa y las tarifas de matrículas y pensiones sometidas a su consideración.
