Cesación del estado de invalidez. Cuando se declare la cesación del estado de invalidez de un pensionado, se le tomará como tiempo cotizado, aquél durante el cual gozó de la pensión de invalidez, y como salario devengado durante ese tiempo, el ingreso base de liquidación utilizado para el cálculo de su pensión, actualizado anualmente con el índice de precios al consumidor suministrado por el DANE.
