APROBACIÓN DE GRADOS. Los grados de oficiales generales y oficiales de insignia que confiera el Gobierno Nacional, se someterán a la aprobación del Senado de la República. Obtenida dicha aprobación, los ascensos producirán todos sus efectos desde la fecha señalada en el Decreto que los otorgó.
