El Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para mejorar hasta en un cuarenta por ciento las anteriores asignaciones y las de los empleados de Correos, cuando el clima, el recargo de trabajo, la carestía de la vida, el aislamiento u otra circunstancia análoga imponga como equitativo el aumento.
