El servicio de la justicia civil que presta el Estado es gratuito, con excepción de las expensas señaladas en el arancel judicial para determinados actos de secretaría. Las partes tendrán la carga de sufragar los gastos que se causen con ocasión de la actividad que realicen, sin perjuicio de lo que sobre costas se resuelva
