DEL SALARIO. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 18 de la Ley 20 de 1982, el salario mínimo legal correspondiente a la jornada máxima legal ordinaria para el menor trabajador será el fijado por el Gobierno Nacional para los trabajadores mayores de dieciocho (18) años, el cual se pagará directamente al menor de edad. En caso de que se pacte salario en especie, éste no podrá ser superior al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del salario que se reciba en dinero. El salario en especie deberá valorarse de manera expresa y previamente a la relación laboral.
