Caminos o carreteables forestales. Los caminos o carreteables forestales necesarios para adelantar el aprovechamiento forestal dentro de las plantaciones forestales protectoras y protectoras - productoras, son parte integrante de estas y no estarán sometidos a permisos o requisitos adicionales, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo siguiente. Deberán ser descritos en el plan de establecimiento y manejo forestal de la correspondiente plantación y no estarán sometidos a permisos o requisitos adicionales.
