A los contribuyentes que hagan uso del beneficio de la amnistía patrimonial no se les exigirá ninguna prueba sobre origen o preexistencia, en el país o en el exterior, de los bienes incorporados en las declaraciones de renta y patrimonio de 1982, ni estarán sujetos, en el caso de los bienes poseídos en el exterior, a investigaciones y sanciones por violación al Régimen de Control de Cambios.
