Los Suboficiales De Las Fuerzas De Policía En Servicio Activo Tendrán Derecho A Recibir Del Tesoro Público Anualmente Una Prima Denominada "prima De Navidad", Igual A La Mitad De Un Mes Del Sueldo Básico Que Se Liquidará Con Base En Lo Devengado Por El Suboficial En El Mes De Noviembre, De Acuerdo Con Su Grado, Y Se Le Pagará A Más Tardar El 23 De Diciembre De Cada Año

Los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas de Policía en servicio activo tendrán derecho a recibir del Tesoro Público anualmente una prima denominada "Prima de Navidad", igual a la mitad de un mes del sueldo básico que se liquidará con base en lo devengado por el Suboficial en el mes de noviembre, de acuerdo con su grado, y se le pagará a más tardar el 23 de diciembre de cada año.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Suboficial no tenga un año de servicio como tal, o de reincorporado, la prima a que se refiere este artículo se liquidará proporcionalmente al tiempo que hubiere servido durante el año.
