Los integrantes de las Juntas de Calificación de Invalidez son particulares que ejercen funciones públicas, razón por la cual están sujetos al Control Disciplinario de Procuraduría General de la Nación y les será aplicable el Código Disciplinario Único, advertencia que se les hará en el momento de la posesión.
