Procedimiento de Inscripción. Las cámaras de comercio llevarán el registro de proponentes inscribiendo los documentos e informaciones que se presenten por parte de los interesados y las entidades estatales en el orden cronológico de presentación. A cada proponente se le asignará un número de inscripción y se le abrirá un expediente en el cual se archivarán los documentos relacionados con su inscripción como proponente.
