Asignar al Programa Presidencial de Lucha Contra la Corrupción del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, la función de control disciplinario interno, encargada de conocer en primera instancia, de los procesos disciplinarios que se adelanten contra los servidores del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República. La segunda instancia será competencia del nominador.
