Se considera incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos, para dar cumplimiento á la presente Ley, la partida correspondiente, y una vez en vigencia el contrato de subvención, quedará sin efecto la partid a que actualmente figura en el Presupuesto para pago a la Compañía Inglesa de navegación por vapor en el Pacífico, denunciándose por el Gobierno y dando por fenecido el contrato al presente en vigencia con la referida Compañía de vapores.
