ARTICULO 105 . AVIACION DE ESTADO.- La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil y el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional coordinarán todos los aspectos relacionados con la aviación de Estado, tales como el sobrevuelo de aviones militares extranjeros, el establecimiento de áreas prohibidas y restringidas y la utilización de comunicaciones y ayudas aeronáuticas.
